It’s a lovely Sunday and you decide to head up the hills, meet up with family or friends for a picnic, go to the beach or potter in the garden. Worship at 11am may not really work on those days!
Summer at 7 allows you to come home and enjoy being with others in the presence of God.
We are planning to launch Summer at 7 for July and August. Each Sunday evening, in a cafe format, at 7pm we will gather at our Roseangle building to enjoy refreshments. Then from 7:30pm to 8:15pm there will be a time to explore and experience the presence of God through different activities - meditating on scripture and images; learning from the Celtic Saint, Brendan; sharing in communion and enjoying times of sung worship, then, if you want, you can sit around and chat before heading home at 9pm.
This will be in addition to our 11am gathering.
It will be informal, it will be conversational at points and quiet at other moments.
